Joanie really helped a lot when my former landlord decided to sell me (on contract) the house I had been
renting. She very quickly and accurately drew up the sale agreement we needed and recommended a local
attorney to handle the actual contract. I really appreciated her help in navigating what were new waters for both
myself and the other party. At such time as I go to sell my house, I will most definitely use Richardson Realty.
